2 savoury tarts – goats cheese and red pepper or broccoli and Stilton
a selection of sandwiches -smoked salmon, egg and cress, and cucumber (making 6 quarters each)
a selection of salads or a homemade vegetable soup
scones with cream and jam and fresh strawberries or a slice of cake each
a bottle of water -still or sparkling
a cafetiere of coffee (filled with hot water when you want)
all presented in a basket with crockery, cutlery and glasses

The event is in aid of the Appeal for the Master’s House. An evening of staged performances of operatic arias by young enthusiastic singers starting professional careers as opera performers.
