Transport
It is easy to get to The Workhouse, it is located just over the Welsh border, the nearest big town is Welshpool, with Shrewsbury to the East and Oswestry to the North.
There are trains, buses, coaches and a motorway to get you to Shrewsbury, with reasonable connections to Welshpool. From there you are near enough to cycle or catch the Tanat Valley Bus service. We have a request stop, and if you ask for the Workhouse they will drop you at the gate.

The Workhouse is situated less than half a mile south of the historic market town of Llanfyllin and about 9 miles north of Welshpool.
